Sidney Barnes "Uptight (Everything Is Alright)" - This is a cover version of the smash hit from 1965 for Stevie Wonder on Motown. This is the latest record by Sidney that will be due out on CD soon and hopefully vinyl in the UK. This coincides with Sidney starring in "The Music Of Motown" at The Flat Rock N.C. Playhouse June 26-28 & July 3-5

Yep Mark this was from a backing track laid down by my mate Andy Cox here in Perth, actually cut in about 1998 in a small studio in Applecross. It will hopefully be the B side to the other recent track titled Chains ' around my heart '. I have an acetate of Chains that went down a storm at our recent soul night. If you go into my original thread on all about the soul you will find the sound track in there, it's about 2 months ago. Tony. Perth, W.A.
