I compiled a list of a few cheaper 45, all in the £10-20 range. It's really a mixed selection with northern, sweet, crossover, but also some surf, R&B etc.
I have visually graded all these records. I usually grade pretty conservatively and only use M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G. This means that VG+ records are usually quite a bit better than the usual UK vg+ and VG++ records are very close to M-. I attached soundfiles of each 45, so you can judge the playgrade for yourself.
