I have just understood only now. In fact, soulsunny put me a negative feedback for a record that I didn't sell him it. I said him that I had an offer more important than him but he sent me a payment by paypal that I refused immediatly on 11/08/11. The proof of Paypal below to prove that I refused it and again the reason why ( well read below the message that I wrote when I refused his payment ) . I had never had his money in my hand .

I am very angry because I am a honnest person. I sold the record to Matt who confirmed me the receipt of the record . Now the persons of your site should think that I am not honnest . I hope that you will do something again him. Could you take off the negative feedback because I do nothing

I presume you have to leave the feedback on the members profile.

Could you not just reply to the post left by soulsunny he posted on your sales topic rather than start another topic and leave another reply on feedback topics?

I'll remove one of the posts as no need for two.

just to make an end to this discussion from my side:

I´ll never received a message from thompson that said that he had an offer more important than mine. This statement above and his messages to me from 13th Sep 2011 are the first reaction from thompson since I paid for the rcord.

I´m sorry, I don´t know how to show the progress of my received personal messages to proove that.

Besides, thompson made me an offer for the record and send me his paypal-adress for payment. I accepted his offer immediately and paid him.

I don´t dispute that someone made thompson a better offer after that and that Matt bought the record from him.

But it´s absolutely unfair to conclude a deal about a record and than after someone makes a higher offer to cancel it.

As I do a lot of online business, it was now the first time that I noticed that thompson returned the payment.

I also think, that it would have been easy for Ferlin to answer to my inquiries about where the record is and to clear the situation.

I hope that helps to understand why I reacted that way and left a negative feedback.

He didn't say the complete truth. Before he sent me his payment , I sent him message to his personal email address saying that cancelled the selling. But He had sent me the payment even so. When I received the information of the payment, I refused it immediatly and I put a message in the rejected payment paypal on 11/0811 ( 1 month ago ) . I thought that everything was clear , because I never received from him messages since on 11/08/11. For me , when he received my email with the cancellation, he sent the payment thinking that I send him the record. I have just understood . For me, he is not honnest because nobody put a negative feedback 1 month after . Now I stop the discussion.
