The Bracelets - Fooling Yourself - How Many Forms Of Demo?

Just loaded THE BRACELETS 'You're just fooling yourself' into the record of the day thread and noticed that my demo is different than the one pictured...Can anyone confirm there are different versions of the demo, one with the 20TH Century Records for example just being printed in big bold black letters? That's the one I have and it carries 'You'd better move on' on the B side, the one I have just seen looks more like the standard label release logo etc....
