Anyone ever come across this nice soul 45 on Watch out of New Orleans?

I see that it ended up on a compilation but can't find any reference to it actually being originally released on vinyl or any other copies for that matter. I picked up a copy in Louisiana recently and have been wondering if it's known at all?

i won that copy, didnt know it but thought it looked interesting, found a clip from that compilation to check it
