Sorry can't help with an MP3 but can tell you that Phreek came out first in 1978 and is 126 to 128 BPM as it says so on the label of the 12". Class Action features the original lead singer Christine Wiltshire and was cut in 1983 and imo is slower and far more electro. It is a Larry Levan remix and I guess around 120 BPM.

To my eyes both great records but Phreek is the one. If your stuck I burn you a CD.
