You need to ask the sender who he shipped it with and get the tracking number. Then go on there website and enter the tracking number. For instance USPS as a Track & Confirm tab which should tells you where the package is.

PARCELFORCE TRACKING sometimes have the parcel at this end and can often have your parcel https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace
