GENE TOONES - WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT - SIMCO ISSUE.

OK first although this is an ultra rare stock copy worth around 3 grand, this one is cracked from edge to centre. As it is, it plays really well with a very quiet click in the quieter parts of the record but I think this could be repaired much better (it currently has a piece of sellotape stuck on the b side to hold the crack together). With more pressure put on the two sides of the crack, it will seal completely, but I'm not going to do it in case I break it!

The actual condition - apart from the crack of course - is excellent.

I will post up a link to a sound clip so you can hear how it sounds at the moment.

The label has ring wear as you will see from the photographs.

Am looking at offers starting at £500 for this. Not sure when auction will end, possibly when or if I get an offer acceptable to the owner of the record but you can ask me about high bids at any time.
