P - Vine - Legit ..... Or Not ?

Is it fair to assume that all material released by P - Vine in Japan through the 70s and 80s was legitimately licensed from the legal rights owners ? Or not ?

Have noticed over the years on here and other forums and media, in several specific instances at least, casting doubts on some of P - Vine's licensing practices .
