Ive scoured the internet and looked in JM's price guide and found out that the issue copy has been booted.

But does anyone know if a demo exists? and if it does what the value is?

This is the lookalike DORE vinyl boot made in the mid/late 70's to satisfy demand at the time

All records are cleaned on a VPI record cleaning machine and conservatively graded under a bright light bulb.

I've seen the copy on eBay but its the only promo that I can find a scan of.

Looked on Popsike, record guides and dealers sites but found nothing.

Surely the promo's not that rare.

Is it just a scan you're after? Without looking too far there's 2 more (different) scans of the promo on youtube, plus this -

Price will be broadly the same as for the original issue imo. Circa £30ish?

Not really trying to acquire a scan but to find out if there was a promo copy that is legit.

Have looked around and only seen the one on eBay so wasn't sure if that was an original or not.

Judging by your information there is an original promo that probably wasn't booted like the issue copy.
