November 26, 201212 yr Author Thats the one. Thank you John. This is a tricky one, it's a shared album from Betty Everett and Ketty Lester but the label on side A says Betty Everett - Robbie Winston and the label on side B says Ketty Lester - Robbie Dickerson. Soooo, I did some searching and found: Side A 1-4 are definitely Betty Everett with The Impressions. Side A 5 is on a CD compilation as being by Robbie Winston and it is credited to her (she has a voice not dissimilar to Betty Everett with perhaps some Ronnie Spector). Side B 1-2 are definitely Ketty Lester (her powerful voice is unmistakable) Side B 3-4 are a toss up, Spotify identifies them as being Betty Everett but her voice is not too far off from Robbie Winston, but they're definitely not Ketty Lester. Side B 5 is credited to Robbie Winston. LP is VG+/Cover is VG (no split seams, light fraying on the opening edge, some shop ring discoloration). Tracks are (see above not for possible discrepancies): 1. Please Love Me (Betty Everett And The Impressions) 2. I've Got A Claim On You (Betty Everett And The Impressions) 3. I'll Be There (Betty Everett And The Impressions) 4. Your Love Is Important To Me (Betty Everett And The Impressions) 5. Help Me (Robbie Winston) 1. Queen For A Day (Ketty Lester) 2. I Said Goodbye To My Love (Ketty Lester) 3. One And One Don't Always Make Two (Betty Everett) 4. Marry Me Baby (Betty Everett) 5. Thank You (Robbie Winston) Just cut this off one for sale on E-Bay. Just goes to show on a budget album you don,t always get what it says. But will still buy it. Edited November 26, 201212 yr by nrc
