He took 2 months to send the record, then it has a groove fault and jumps

I return it, no answer to emails or the note with the record

He has unregistered with ebay as well.

Looks like the county court (if he hasn't moved)

I asked this before

That now seems to be the norm with Ebay,as well as sellers bidding up their own items,!!! Ebay used to be the place for pickin up a great bargain no matter wot u were after.How much and how quickly things change! It now appears to be about ripping off as many genuine people as possible,to gain as much money as possible. I have now been caught out a couple of times,so tend to steer well clear of it unless its well high on the wants list and the seller has at least 99.9%positive feedback. Bring back the good old Ebay. I fear though that it is now Long Gone!!!!

IVE HAD A COUPLE OF BAD DEALS ON EBAY BUT TO BE FAIR ALWAYS MANAGED TO GET SORTED IN A FAIR AND DECENT WAY, IF I CAN GIVE YOU SOME ADVICE IT WOULD BE TO ONLY BUY OFF OF PEOPLE WITH A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND SUPERB FEEDBACK, NOT ALL ARE BAD BUT AT THE SAME TIME SOME DO TRY AND GET SOME MONEY BACK WHEN YOU KNOW YOU WRAPPED AND PACKED IT PROPERLY, I DONT BLAME YOU FOR COURT ACTION COS I WOULD .
