80's Indie Soul 12" - Advice Needed

Mrs. Benji gave me a couple of 80's indie soul 12" to sell for her. Problem is, I have no idea what price to ask for them. Can anyone help? I know Darryl Howard used to fetch a bit. Is there any market for these mid/late 80's indie releases?
