Anyone have any info on this tune?

It appears to be a Coxsone blank - Straight 'Version' on the flip.

Nobody knows who it is but RKR says 1969 I think it's later than that.

A suggestion by a mate:

The fact that its a stamped Little Wonder blank suggests it could be a Simeon L Smith production. There are only four known productions of his from 69/70 (He was more or less out of the business by the end of '64) issued on two 45s on his 'Hero' labeland all by Eddy & Jerry, tantalisingly the matrix numbers of two of them are DYNA CS 1516-1 and DYNA CS 1520-1 so this sits bang in the middle of that run, so my guess is its Eddy & Jerry on a 'Hero' blank.
