didn't want to go public on this but have been left with no choice

 

I bought a record of this member and it wasn't as described so I sent it back to him months ago recorded deliv,  he said he got it and would  refund the money said he had just moved house so gave him time but im now getting fed up

 

anyone out there Know him to  give him a nudge to refund my money first time this has happened to me on here so any help would be appreciated
