Id A Song "don't Look Down"

i was just in New Orleans this weekend and was eating a po'boy sandwich at a diner on Magazine Street at like 2am.

 

over the radio a song played that had "don't look down" in the lyrics. female vocal, harmonica, up-tempo R&B (if i remember correctly - i was pretty lit up).

 

anyone know?

also, it is not the irma thomas version (at least not the one on youtube), but it is (i think) the same song. any other females do this song?
