New R&b Addition To Kentucky Music Hall Of Fame

After many years of work, Ron Lewis (Mr Wonderful Records) & Butch Williams (The Heartbreakers), along with others have persuaded the hall of fame in Louisville to included a section for the state's R&B artists.
Although the state is well known for it's contribution to country music, it is often forgotten that the state and city of Louisville has a strong R&B heritage.

As well as being a one time member of the soul group The Heartbreakers who had recordings on Derby City & Miracle, Butch as been an avid archivist of Louisville R&B music. It has been his mission to make sure that the cities history does not get lost in the mists of time. Ron worked throughout the 70's and 80's recording acts from around the region on his Mr Wonderful record label, including local club owner Jerry Green.
Both Ron & Butch still can be found to this day giging around the city. Well done guys!!!!!!!!!!!.
