*HELD* 1. Eboney Essence - Let me in / Unsatisfied man - Goodie Train / EX / £150 (Popular crossover dancer backed with a fine ballad. Ballad side has Xs on label, still looks neat.)

*SOLD* 2. Harvey Averne Band - Love never stays the same - Fania / EX / £100 (Crossover soul indemander.)

*SOLD* 3. Herde - Something we made up - Alcon / VG+ / £100 (Very rare crossover dancer out of Cleveland. Demo copy.)

4. Village - Destiny - TDQ / VG+ / £100 (Midtempo Chicago rarity featuring members of the Dynamic Tints. X on label.)

*HELD* 5. Alvin Green & Green Fire - The sun shines / Turning on and tuning in - Green Fire / EX / £80 (Lovely double sider, two great crossover soul sides. “The sun shines” side has some minor fraying on the label around the centre hole. Other than that a perfect copy.)

6. Bobby Long & the Dealers - I gotta have love too - Old Town / VG+ / £80 (Popular crossover soul with a funky undertones. Vinyl has a few light marks not affecting play.)

7. Visitors - My love is ready and waiting - TRC / EX / £55 (Popular crossover soul. White/black/red label.)

8. Electrifying Cashmeres - What does it take / Ooh I love you - Sound Stage 7 / EX / £50 (For me the best version of this well covered track. Ultra soulful crossover dancer, backed with a superb ballad as well. Plays with a second long cue burn a couple of seconds in on the “What does..”-side.. Price reduced.)

*SOLD* 9. King Ernest Baker - That’s when I woke up / I can’t turn you a loose - Supreme / EX / £45 (Two nice Chicago crossover sides. One which later enjoyed a release on the Mercury label. Label has a little ring wear.)

10. Floyd Beck - Got to be a man - F&M / EX / £40 (His best to me, excellent crossover soul. X on label.)
