Love & Brotherhood - Sugar Pie Honey

I've often wondered about Love and Brotherhood - Sugar Pie Honey on Chess.

The only release that I know of was the early seventies, but was it something recorded in the sixties, at the same time as Whispers, Promatics, Fuller Brothers, and just never released, or was it a new recording in the seventies, singing over an older backing track. Datewise, there is almost nothing between their three releases on Chess.

I wonder if anyone knows more about this.
