Digged through catalogs and internet, but can't find any information except this discography table of Capitol records: https://www.eighthavenue.com/capitol.htm

 

No found auctions on ebay and popsike.

All the links lead only to the Gary Puckett & The Union Gap's version of 'This Girl Is A Woman Now'

 

So the question is: was it released finally or is it only about promo? So is it rare one or not? Any ideas?
