Here's the 32nd installment of The Divine Chord Gospel Show which appears monthly on dublab.com.

 

 

For this broadcast, we feature some hard hitting funk cuts, including the classic heater from The Loving Sisters, as well as the super rare cut by the Mission Gospel Singers. Plus the 2nd funk cut from the Piney Grove Singers gets an airing. Stunning stuff, no doubt! 

 

For Pt. 2, we select 6 tracks that are just stunning. From the Five Singing Sons through to the Bogart Brothers, the whole section works so well together....check out the Fantastic Goldenaires for the pick of the bunch. 

 

For pt. 3, we take things to club territory featuring modern soul cuts and disco dancefloors heater cuts. Check Evelyn Graves take of Rance Allen's 'Showdown', as well as superb offerings out of LA and Chicago. Pretty much just the 2 states represented here, but wow, they certainly deliver!
