What would be the current value of a US Stax album in M- condition?

Just checked out Popsike and more recent prices seem to have hit the roof. Surprised to see it selling between £100 - £200.

Can't get the link to work but guessing that it quotes a price lower than £100.

I remember before the Johnnie Taylor EP was found and the album was the only way to get hold of an original Blues in the night. The value then was around £50 - £75.

£50 is about the right price - although some have sold as low as $25 recently....
