Morecombe Soul Casino & Ska Reggae Bus

Went to "Vintage by the sea" event last sunday was a great day, loads of different little do's during the day.

Spent a while listening to ska, rocksteady & reggae on sound system blasting from the open top london double decker bus, converted into a bar on bottom deck, from our room in midland hotel. Couldn't find out who was running this, got dragged round other things  anybody on here know who it was?

 

Second question -- at the wintergardens later that night heard a tune a can't find anywhere on net early 80's  stafford me thinks since i last heard it

"i've been lookin for you, lookin for you" 

Anyone help please
