Its vg+ and has a few small hisses but doesn't affect it when played out. The B side is not too good in terms of condition Im afraid, But hey, its a very rare find and this is the side.

Thanks for the credit Paul, but i also like to give credit where it's due and say that I first heard it from a good friend and very unassuming guy called Stu Mobbs.

This tune is not going to turn up as easily as some of the stuff that sketching ridiculous prices at the moment.
