Alternate Version Of "hey" (Barbara Mercer)

Is anybody aware of another version of the song "Hey",(Barbara Mercer)?

Somebody on another forum is asking ...he seems to think he had a 45 of another version but is trying to remember the artist.

Any help much appreciated.

That rings a bell with me.  I'm pretty sure I've heard another version.  I'm pretty sure it was another female artist, and was released 1-2 years later than Mercer's.  But, I can't remember who it was or which label (at this time).  I'll keep it in the back of my mind, and do some research, and get back with the answer, IF I can.
