Cleaning Up Records?

I think we've had this thread before and not sure if it's in the right topic? However any suggestions of erasing felt tip/ biro marks off vinyl labels. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

No magic formula as yet Ian, iv'e tried all suggestions :(

The closest I have ever got, but didn't do a very good job to be honest is Isopropenol. Great for getting felt tip off hard surfaces, and great for cleaning vinyl too, but once felt tip is on paper (i.e. Labels), it is absorbed by the paper rendering it virtually impossible to remove.
