Need some info needed - am I right in thinking this was first played at the Casino or not? When and by who? All a bit early for me but need the info for some research

What a coincidence, earlier today I put Charlie Romans in my box with serious consideration to spinning it at the Monaco tonight. IMHO its a great tune that should be played more often.
