Just wanted to clarify any confusion your wording/picture could have created, as you typed..."all insert are with it".

This reads as if there is more than one insert, and your picture has two pieces in it.

Some Japanese releases come with a sleeve AND an additional insert/songsheet, so I therefore wanted to point out that the other piece of card in your picture, was not one of these.

The green colour sleeve pictured is of course original...and with this release there was never an additional insert.
