Just wondering- do non picture sleeves add to value when you are buying or bidding on a disc? And is it worthwhile to sell non picture sleeves only? Tia-m

You mean company sleeves? Generally they do add some value, but how much varies greatly, usually not much.

Entirely depends on how rare a sleeve is I would imagine, although I'm not sure what the really rare ones are. Even an ordinary one does add a certain something to a 45 though.
