Nice run of what for my money are the best Bay-Tone R&B Soul 45s to be sold complete. When starting to play out Eugene Jeffersons "Too Young" at venues like the Hip City Soul Club and Hideaway Manchester at the turn of the century it was my goal to get hold of this labels best R&B hitters, sadly I failed as far as Mama Thornton is concerned, yet I think this little nice run makes a great add on to anybodys R&B collection. Both Vernon and Jewel 45s for example are real belters and still underplayed IMO.
