Rare Records That Don't Seem To Be Rare Anymore

Following on from the post about the Pinkertones tune, I'd thought I would start another on records that seem to be around in quantity nowadays.

On a regular basis I've seen the following 3 & 4 figure records popping up for sale.

Has there been little finds, people turning them over when bored with them or just never been rare?

The Icemen - It's Time You Knew

Curtis Lee - Is She In Your Town

would appreciate any Imput from members....even stories from back in the day when records were found.
