Does anybody know the story about a 45 by Benchmark - "Surf, Sand a nd Sun" / "Hold on, I'm Coming" on New Hope Records? Any idea of the value?

Hiya.  No expert by a long long way, plenty of folk on here who are.  The hold on side is a well known classic by Sam & dave, Aretha etc and the other side has similar titles - surf , sand & sunshine or similar. Seems like an obscure one,  what does it sound like  ? Hope it's not got a long intro.  I see the surf side is written by the sound engineer of the hold on side , diff productions on either side etc. not got a clue but think chuck eatmon sounds wrong, ( could be Scotsman telling someone to eat chicken or add your own crap joke about eating disorders, sorry )  as I said at top, someone  will know.   Cheers

the hold on i'm comin' side is a raw, kinda funky version of the classic. the surf, sand and sun side has more of a northern soul sound but the vocals are low. It would be better if the vocals on the b-side were cut and or mixed more like  hold on, i'm comin'. I'll try to get a sound clip up soon.

here's a sound clip:
