Popcorn Wylie Label Scan Wanted

Afternoon...

Wonder can some kind soul oblige me with a label scan for Richard Wylie's "Brand New Man" on US Epic # 9575.

Doesn't matter about whether issue or demo, it just has to be a US Epic copy. (i.e. UK Columbia or any other non-US pressing is no good for what I need it for...)
