I went to the Stratford all dayer yesterday. Great place and as usual a great crowd but the sound was probably the worst I've heard at a dance for ages. Not only could you not hear the DJ's talking between records the tunes themselves were sometimes hard to distinguish. Shame really but luckily it didn't spoil it as much as it could have. It was still really enjoyable.

I also went yesterday and it was banging all day. Kev Alder done a superb job promoting this and like other soul nites/ niters nothing is 100%. I take my hat off to him. think the other 500 soulies would agree THANK YOU KEV, ROLL ON JULY FOR THE NEXT ONE 

I was trading vinyl just outside the dance arena and it sounded fine to me. Really enjoyed hearing some quality sounds and especially enjoyed  young Jordan's set....again!
