can anyone tell me which label came first?

single lines or double lines.

Is this the only La Louisianne release with two different labels (except promos)?

No concrete evidence but I would plum for the double lines being the first and then picked up by Roulette records for distribution for a second run, as that's the other difference that stands out. Just a thought mind!
