Mecca-esque, jazz-ish dancer, 'A tribute to Paul Robeson'

Looooooooong shot but I am trying to recall details of a record an old mate of mine found and put on a long lost tape for me, years ago...

It was on an obscure US 7", 74-76-ish , instrumental, quite jazzy. The sort of leftfield sound Colin Curtis might have played. Only thing I can remember to identify it was it was either called, or subtitled, or on the other side of something called, 'A Tribute To Paul Robeson' (or something like that)!

I'm not making this up, honestly! Does this ring any bells with anyone?
