Amy Stewart - Friends

Whilst in Greece in 1984 I used to hear a version of Amy Stewart - Friends in a bar. It was a totally different version than what came out in the UK in 7" or 12" but it had a long piano instrumental break in the middle that at the time I was convinced was Ramsey Lewis.

Can anyone throw any light on this version please
