2 Rare Soulful Gospel 45's
First up the killa group harmony crossover winner from the Hoyt Sullivan set up in Nashville. Pretty guitar work over a nice midtempo rhythm track, backs cool harmonies and a pleading soulful lead vocal. Not an easy one to find, here a mint wax copy, with a slight storage warp, never seen a needle
Second one out of my box of delights is this little known stunning slice of modern soul. Cool stepper from from 1982 on the sister label to Royal Shield, Golden Shield from Baton Rouge. No info on the web about this 45 other than this comes from a LP which has sold once for a fair price.
