Found a copy of this obscure and probably rare 45 (?) in the box on the same label as Talmadge Armstrong. I can't find it on Discogs, Youtube and only one reference on Popsike where it sold for 100.
The top side is a modern tune with slight jazz funk influence and the flip is a mid tempo tune.
