FREDDIE CHAVEZ - COLD RAINY DAY (Unreleased 70s track) Freddie Chavez and John Wagner started in the mid 60s working on musical dreams. Of course Freddie is best known for the Northern Soul anthem, 'They'll Never Know Why'. In the late 70s they started a project; life got in the way and it never came to fruition.
