... and if possible a scan of the contents page (if there is one?)

Your lucky night, I have 6/7/8/9 which I can scan for you. By "contents" do you mean the index? Were the 10/11 scans from ric-tic of good copies? Have them if required too. PM me or leave message on thread which would be better for you as will keep it nearer the top each time there's an entry.
