In a celebration of 50 years in the record business, Daniel Goldstone of Stone Gold Records/TSOV Records is releasing some old classics.  The first is a repress of his group, The Deceptions, and their 1972 soul classic, "Of All the Hearts."

Goldstone was approached by a number of labels desiring to reissue the 45 over the years but he finally decided to do it himself.  The Peace, Justice & Equality version is also in the works, as well as an LP with a number of rare classics from the labels under his umbrella.

This track was also released on an LP ( Family gold publishing 1991). Not sure how many chances people want to buy this stuff, the original 45 which I also have used to crop up reasonably well for nex

The version on the 1991 LP was a different arrangement than the one by The Deceptions or the one by Peace, Justice  Equality--although Daniel Goldstone did the lead vocals on all three versions.  The 1991 LP by Danny Gold was never officially released but sells well nonetheless online.

Several indie labels approached Goldstone seeking permission to reissue the 45 but he declined before deciding to repress the 45 himself due to popular demand.  It has also been appearing on several CDs without his permission.

Thanks for that info, never really listened to them side by side so to speak to compare, however I seem to remember thinking there was a somewhat more modern or different arrangment compared to that Deceptions take.
