Your best off asking Dave Welding why it was withdrawn etc. I bet Sam was a bit peed off when it was going to be issued,once his big play. (and before anyone asks mine are not for sale yet). I think it was a problem with Percy himself not wanting it coming out, John and Gary did tell me, but I can't remember fully. Still a great record, and regular play for me.
