Soul Tribe Records .... Toronto Canada ?

I have just picked up a copy of Wade Flemons on Soul Tribe from a local Charity shop

Thing is, it says the label is Canadian ?  I know that this subject has been mentioned before (briefly) and the label does not seem to have any background on the net (other than the releases which appear from 2009ish to 2017) and most copies for sale appear to be in Europe ?

Does someone know any info on the label and it's legitimacy or not ? ..... please 🙂
