I'm really keen to try and find a long lost record from my dim and distant past but I can't remember the title, artist or the record label🤨

I can't even remember all the lyrics but the general theme is of a guy who is walking out on his girl and bits that I do remember are: "take a good last long, strong look at the man who loved you true, no use crying lying trying to keep me on the hooks, cos this time baby, I'm leaving you....get an eyeful, yes you'd better get an eyeful"
