Couple of current in demand items

I have spares of the following two in demand 45s, both on nice white demos, clean condition and play great (VG+ to EX). Both are on YouTube but I can supply soundfiles of the actual 45s on request. 

I generally operate a 'first to pay, gets the record' system.
