Does anyone know if this record actually exists?

It is referred to as the original version and title of what Don Varner supposedly retitled "Mojo Mama" for the B-side of "Tear Stained Face", and which Wilson Pickett covered after that.

All accounts of the similarities to Edwin Starr's "25 Miles" (and that song's subsequent Berns / Ragavoy songwriting credit) mention that Hoagy recorded it first.
