It is fantastic reading and makes me reflect on one sobering point, that Jesse has kept at least one copy of each of his releases for the benefit of his children and grandchildren, what a legacy he will leave. We know that numerous 60’s Soul artists have been painstakingly tracked down and go on to provide a picture of a sometimes embattled life, during which they have neglected to keep, lost or sold on the vinyl that would have been their lasting memento of their time and greatness.
This Arthur Wright influenced Los Angeles dancer still hasn’t turned up in numbers. It remains rare and even more attractive by the accompanying picture sleeve, which may be one for the memorabilia enthusiasts more than DJs. Immaculate near mint condition on vinyl and just light signs of handling on the sleeve. Note the first name spelling on label versus sleeve! An impeccable tune for those with impeccable taste.
