when completing a paypal purchase i missed a letter out when entering the e-mail address i completed the transaction (or thought so) i noticed my mistake and cancelled,paypal still took money out of my bank account.i challenged this by phone and was told i have to wait 7 working days,9 in total to have money put into my paypal account is this the norm unsure.gif

Unfortunately yes, happened to me last year but got the money back eventually.

Did you get the full amount back ? This happened to me a while ago & I think I got charged for it.
