Looking for the following.....read description of requirement carefully please.

British Tamla Motown 45.   4 Tops ep TME  2012.  SOLID CENTRE with "Sold in the UK subject to...etc,etc". printed under the middle hole.

 

I DON'T need or want a 4 pronged one or plain solid centre one etc etc.... Just as above please, with or without a picture sleeve as long as its in reasonable condition please.
